| Job Description | • Manage the LATAM BSS Sales team
• Set the BSS sales strategy in the LATAM region and work closely with the Regional head of LATAM Sales to execute the plan
• To lead the BSS sales process, including, bid strategy, proposals, high level presentations, pricing strategy, commitment and the content/price negotiation
• Maximise BSS (pre/post & converged & CRM) sales opportunities in the territory
• Develop relationships with senior executives in existing and new prospective customers
• Shape Vision and thinking with customer, show leadership, originality & creativity, set the agenda of the customer
• Apply market knowledge and commercial acumen to identify and focus activity on contacts which deliver high volume/value
• Work closely and collaborate with key people within the LATAM region, BSS LOP, Solution Management and regional Services
• Have the ability to present the company vision, promote complex business solutions, develop the go to market plan, action it, and work to secure and exceed the goals
• Create and develop business opportunities through to contract closure
