| Job Description | Focus on broadcast products to include: broadcast automation, video servers, non-linear news editing, video and audio routers, master control systems, video graphics systems, networking solutions, and modular infrastructure equipment. Knowledge of NRCS and MOS componentsis a plus.
• Provide technical support and/or training on specific broadcast
products identified above in the installation, “go live” and post
launch support environments.
• Provide documentation regarding product quality, assigned job
analysis, bug tracking entry, and expense reporting in a timely manner.
• Provide Call Center telephone support as assigned while performing administrative duties in the office.

| Skill Required | • 5+ years of work related experience.
•Must have RF experience (preferably TV or Radio) and experience with RF test equipment (Spectrum Analyzer or Network Analyzer)
• Must be available for up to 75% travel within the Brazil region; other Latin America or US travel may be required.
Preferred Additional Skills:
• Have the skill to provide hardware, software solutions.
Test Equipments handling - Spectrum Analyzer, Oscilloscope, Networking Analyzer
Experience on field maintenance
Video Compression (MPEG-2 and MPEG-4) knowledge
Radio and Television Modulations (QPSK, COFDM, QAM, AM, FM) knowledge
