Job DescriptionTo provide high-level pre/post–sale technical support to our client’s customers and partners including training and assisting local partners, performing professional services, installations, troubleshooting, and participating in the company’s worldwide support. Acquiring an in-depth technical knowledge of various networking products and company products (software, hardware, functionality and troubleshooting)
Skill Required• Linux proficiency. • Technical background and experience in networking LAN/WAN products and environments (routers, switches, TCP/IP, FWs, network management systems, remote accesses devices, etc.). • Experience in customer service. • Extensive travel requirements (may include weekends). • Motivated self-learner through hands on experience . • Ability to troubleshoot complex problems. • Selling and presentation skills - an advantage. • Answering RFI/RFP– an advantage. • Ability to document technical information. • Excellent human relations, service orientated. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work under pressure on multiple projects. • Excellent English and writing skills. • Graduate of Computer Science/Engineering – an advantage. • Previous experience working for tier 1 or tier 2 ISP’s/Data Center is an advantage.
