| Job Description | Plans, organizes, develops and controls the operations/manufacturing activities to accomplish company objectives as well as to optimize the utilization of resources at minimum cost.
Evaluates current operations strategy and provides direction on future plans/alternatives in accordance to company objectives.
Manage all phases of operations to meet business plan and obtain maximum efficiency while ensuring customer satisfaction and product quality.
Manage relationship with subcontractors, suppliers and other internal departments to analyze, identify and resolve product availability issues

| Skill Required |
8 -10+ years experience in manufacturing management and supply chain management in Brazil for a multinational or global company with strong knowledge of electronic industry supply chain
Solid knowledge of the local tax system and imports/ exports
Experience in contract manufacturing ( turnkey)
Experience in purchasing and inventory management - ERP systems
Abilitity to develop solutions to complex problems which require creativity
Ability to drive initiatives from strat to end, on time, with budget and expectations
Self starter, self motivated
Fluent in English
