Job Description• Provide technical support and solutions for application functionality. • Lead software integration and installation at Customer sites. • Work on a multi platform systems (windows UNIX, Oracle Database) • Maintaining long term technical relationships with customers. • Perform under strict and defined commitments to customers. • Maintain high customer satisfaction. • Interact with other team member, Customers, Project Managers, and QA engineers, R&D engineers etc..
Skill Required• College degree in Computer sciences or equivalent. • Experience with writing & reading SQL queries. • Experience with Windows 2000 /Windows 2003, Windows XP. • Basic Experience with UNIX/LINUX Environment. • Ability to learn and apply new technologies. • Ability to remotely operate customers staff. • Spanish/Portuguese as Mother Tongue, English (Oral and writing) – High level. • Readiness to travel 50% of the time. • Experience with administrating Oracle databases. • Experience with SQL tools. • Experience with Oracle RAC and ASM. • Experience in UNIX Administration (SUN/HP). • Experience with software installation. • Knowledge of telecommunication networks.
