| Job Description | The candidate will partner with the Sales Director, Latin America to expand the company’s business in the Brazilian Market. Plan how to grow their business in line with corporate objectives and then implement and execute those plans to realization. More specifically, responsibilities include:
Roles and Responsibilities
• Develop relationships with senior decision makers in the Key State and Federal Government Organizations including the Ministries of Public Security.
• Develop and implement outreach strategies to communicate the value propositions of the IBIS TRAX-3D family of products to key technical, political and financial stakeholders in Brazil.
• Lead the company’s strategy to align funding at the State and Federal Governments in Brazil to purchase their IBIS Technology and Safeguard Service.
• Provide direction to the company’s senior management team regarding their participation and contribution for aligning funding.
• Develop a Strategic Plan to migrate existing IBIS heritage users to the IBIS TRAX-3D product family.
• Evaluate and recommend promotional requirements including trade shows, advertising, product literature, presentations, etc.

| Skill Required | • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, in Portuguese and English.
• Fluency in Spanish is an asset.
• Strong Management and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Experience selling to government procurement agencies and the law enforcement community.
• Experience with the sales cycle of high technology and information products from concept through full development and support.
• Experience in developing long term business strategies.
• Self starter and the ability to work autonomously.
• 15+ years experience.
• Graduate degree in a related field such as Business, Science or Engineering.
• Candidate has an established network of contacts within both levels of government.
• The successful candidate must reside in Either Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro or Brasilia.
