Job Description • To serve as the customer’s “Trusted Partner” and manage the relationship with the main decision makers. • Be accountable for overall product sales targets and customer satisfaction.
Skill Required• Strong presentation and negotiation skills. • Enthusiastic personality, self- motivated, entrepreneur. • High communication and inter-personal skills. • Assertiveness and responsiveness. • Strong business orientation. • Leadership capabilities; to motivate employees to achieve their goals. • Ability to plan, lead and execute complex processes. • Ability to identify customer needs and tailor solutions (business wise). • Fluent English. • Local language in mother tongue level. • Experienced sales person, preferably in the telecommunication markets, with international sales experience. • Experience in presales/ project management of large network-based systems. • Contract/commercial negotiation experience with complex, high value enterprise software solutions. • Engineering background.
