Job DescriptionØ Provide leadership, direction & development to the HR local Managers who support project and corporate management in all aspects of HRM, to enable the business unit at [location] to achieve its business objectives. Ø The HR Manager is also responsible for human resource activities in Countries (and Districts) under his jurisdiction. (Venezuela / Ecuador / Colombia /Brazil/ Argentina)HR Manager will be main point of contact between the central office in France and the General Human Resources Manager. Ø He/She assumes the local human resource management and support for employment law. Ø Contribute to and support the HR local Managers in the region in the achievement of annual 'People' objectives linked to business plan. Ø Monitor and develop effective business/stakeholder relationships to ensure the delivery of a strategic & effective HR service to the [location] business Ø Develop and maintain positive customer & stakeholder relationships with all Projects, Functions & Location managers as advised Ø Develop & oversee HR planning activity within all Projects & Functions for [location] , engaging HR Business Partners, Recruitment Advisers and admin teams as necessary Ø Develop and support HR team in ensuring good employee relations by knowledge and promotion of HR. Ø Provide a focal point for HR Business Partners in terms of leadership, direction & support Ø He/She shall support Operations, Administrative and Finance Managers in his/her geographical area on Human resource related issues and will fully cooperate in the entire operations support process.
Skill Required· A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Psychology. · Extensive experience in an operational generalist role. · Experience of team management to Business Partner level. · Oil/gas HR experience preferred · At least 5 years experience HR Responsible ( regional level preferred) · MBA or masters degree are a plus. · Strong organization and follow-up skills · A result-driven mentality focused on continuous improvement and development · Regional Vision of the Business · Fluent in Spanish, English and Portuguese. · Willing to travel minimum 1 week a month approximately.
