| Job Description | Reporting to the President based in the US, we are seeking a General Director to start-up their business, sales, marketing and assembly strategies in Latin America.
Provide and implement strategy to accelerate growth in Latin America
Develop and manage sales channels (distributor’s and sales representatives)
Coordinate logistics to reduce duties while maximizing flexibility and customer support
Cultivate adjacent product line expansions that support the needs of Latin America markets
Lead expansion partnerships and potentially acquisitions throughout this region

| Skill Required | Bachelor's Science Electrical Engineering or BS with technical experience, MBA preferred
7-10 years experience in power electronics or related field ( High power semiconductors)
Extensive experience managing channel strategies in Latin America
Exceptional track record of working and influencing customers in the local markets
Ability to maximize market penetration and expansion strategies
Strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills with entrepreneurial spirit
Must be fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English
