| Job Description | The person will assist and present monthly and annually Financial Statements (Brazil) according to the accounting principles (locally and US GAAP).
Analyze and improve the accounting company procedures.
Preparation of corporate reports (taxes and analysis)
Assist in the presentation of company taxes returns and legal reports
Assist in adjusting all accounts in order to comply with all USGAAP and BRGAPP accounting procedures
Assist in the preparation of budgets and other reports

| Skill Required | Public Accountant, degree in Finance or related field
3-5 minimum years of experience as an Accountant
Solid knowledge on accounting principles, taxes and USGAAP
Experience on the preparation of company taxes (IVA, rent, ICA, and certifications)
Excellent knowledge of Excel
