You Possess:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering required.
Minimum 4 years of experience required working level with WCDMA, HSDPA, or CDMA/EV-DO required. Experience with GSM/GPRS/EDGE is a plus.
Understanding of UMTS/CDMA link budgets and network design processes is required.
RF performance experience (RF coverage and pollution analysis, call drop and access analysis). Exposure to planning and optimization tools such as Atoll, Actix, TEMS, Radioplan, Wizard, Asset3G is preferred.
Understanding of wireless standards, protocol stacks, call processing of voice and data services.
Exposure to data services, knowledge of protocols such as TCP/UDP.
Proven track record with innovative problem solving and hands-on experience with UMTS/CDMA network design, network troubleshooting, fine-tuning, and optimization.
Experience in working in multi-functional engineering teams essential.
Customer interaction experience of technical nature is needed.
Good team work background.
Excellent Skills in both, English and Spanish and willingness to travel. |
