You Possess:
A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and/or Computer Engineering.
Minumum 6 years experience as a Technical Manager in Telecom. RF performance experience (RF coverage and pollution analysis, call drop and access analysis).
Working level experience with WCDMA, HSDPA, or CDMA/EV-DO Experience with GSM/GPRS/EDGE is a plus.
Understanding of UMTS/CDMA link budgets and network design processes.
Proven track record with innovative problem solving and hands-on experience with UMTS/CDMA network design, network troubleshooting, fine-tuning, and optimization.
Exposure to planning and optimization tools such as Atoll, Actix, TEMS, Radioplan, Wizard, Asset3G is preferred.- Experience and strong background in network design, development, testing and/or integration of wireless systems and in-depth understanding of CDMA/WCDMA basics.
Understanding of wireless standards, protocol stacks, call processing of voice and data services is preferred. Exposure to data services, knowledge of protocols such as TCP/UDP
Experience in project management required. Experience in managing multi-functional engineering teams essential.
Excellent Skills in both, English and Spanish and willingness to travel.
