| Job Description | The Solution Delivery Specialist is responsible for all aspects of delivery of company’s advanced Interaction Analytics products and solutions. This role combines the ability to uncover and analyze customer business requirements with the ability to lead and implement complex integrated software solutions to address those needs.
• Overall responsibility of embedding company’s advanced Interaction Analytics solution into customers’ environment
• End-to-end management and ownership of Interaction Analytics solutions projects
• Provide expertise support during pre/post sales process
• Extract, manipulate and analyze customer data/interactions, trends, and present this information and recommendation to the necessary decision makers
• Delivery of high quality and professional solution (documentation, presentations, on-site implementation)
• Work with internal departments on project definition & implementation
• Support delivery of customized projects

| Skill Required | Bachelor’s degree in Sciences, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent
• Three years or more of consulting experience working with customers to analyze business needs, develop and implement solutions
• Excellent data analysis, analytical and reporting design skills
• Experience in Contact Center environment
• Experience in Speech Analytics technology preferred
• Proven experience interacting with enterprise customers/solutions
• Database and SQL language experience preferred
• Solid understanding of technology and its implementation for business use
• Strong written and oral communications skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
• Ability and willingness to travel 60% - 80% of the time
• Technical and Business acumen
