Job Description Take full control of Recruitment projects, from initial client contact through closing the deal (including delivery, recruitment, shortlist presentation and placements).  You will be taking over existing client needs and networking to develop your own client base.  Manage simultaneously Permanent Recruitment Projects and Outstaffing projects (Contractors)  Conduct thorough market research, identify and contact candidates, and have full involvement in the subsequent management of the Recruitment process and regular interfacing with clients.  Provide candidates for your clients through CV screening, competency based interviewing, and selection of candidates based on objective decision-making skills.  Perform candidate background checks, including initial screenings, education verifications, and reference checking.  Manage the development of recruitment-related documents, presentations, and other written reports.  Resource open vacancies - media advertising, web advertising, web-searching, agency management, networking, etc.  Identify qualified recruitment sources, networking leads, job fairs and conferences, advertising resources, and other items pertinent to the recruitment of qualified candidates  Gain experience in dealing with the sales and delivery processes involved in a long sales cycle.  Have the ability to hit targets and be confident in working independently, with strong analytical skills and commercial awareness.
Skill Required 2 /3 years in recruitment is a must. A high educational background with a good understanding of business procedures. A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field with at least 3 years experience in a HR role. Personal interest in the corporate world, or simply, in business both in the global and local marketplace. Ability to communicate at all levels with Clients and Candidates with an outstanding verbal and communication skills Excellent English skills, both verbal and written, are a strong prerequisite.
